BASEBALL & SOFTBALL GLOVE REPAIR
BASEBALL & SOFTBALL GLOVE REPAIR
Back in early 2021, I was looking for a hobby and decided to try my hand with baseball/softball glove repair. Since then, I've gotten to make many new friends and had lots of requests for cleaning, conditioning, breaking in, and relacing baseball and softball gloves. You can reach out via email, Instagram or Facebook @msgloveworks (links at the bottom) or use the Contact form below. Please let me know if I can help you.

I am Chad Jeter, the creator and founder of MS Glove Works. I'm actually the boss and the only employee! I've always had a love for baseball for as long as I can remember. I can remember playing Coach Pitch back in the early 1980s and then on to Little League, Jr/Sr Legion, High School, and finally College. I really enjoy working with players to take care of their most important piece of equipment, as well as customizing it to their preferences. I've made hundreds of new friends over the past few years from all over the Southeast United States. There have also been some great opportunities to sponsor baseball and softball teams in our area and this has been fantastic! The best part has been meeting so many new people and making new friends since starting this journey with MS Glove Works!!
I'm located in New Albany, MS. However, if you are not within driving distance that's not a problem. The process of mailing your glove(s) in for maintenance and back to you is something that I do every week. Most gloves are shipped out to you via insured UPS Ground when the service has been completed. Click the 'Get in Touch' button above to get your glove service scheduled, or ask any questions you might have, and we can work out the details after that.

This is the most common and all-inclusive service available and includes the following:
Most gloves could use a good cleaning before or after each season, especially if you play multiple seasons during the year. I use Ball Player's Balm Glove Cleaner to clean your baseball/softball glove and this stuff is amazing. If you just need to get rid of the dirt and grime, I'll be happy to go over it with the best stuff on the market!
There are a couple of different glove conditioners that I use - it really just depends on the glove and what it needs. If you have a new glove that you need to be broken in, a glove that just needs game-ready conditioning, or one that you are getting cleaned and going to be storing for a period of time will determine the best conditioner to be used.
A complete re-lace for your glove will make it feel like new again! I've been using Flatbill Baseball leather laces in all of my gloves since I started MS Glove Works back in 2021. They sell top-quality leather laces and many other items - go check them out and grab yourself a hat while you're there!
Do you have a new glove that is too stiff to use? I can help! Some say that the only way to break in a glove is to 'play catch' but I disagree. There are some conditioning techniques that I've used in the past that will speed up this process and can get it close to game-ready much quicker. But, yes, to get it molded to your hand, you will definitely want to play lots of catch after the initial break-in.
Just need a quick fix before the next game or road trip? Let me know and I'll do my best to get you back on the field as quickly as possible. Prices vary based on the type of repair or modification needed.
